     What materials do you use for your clothing?
    We specialize in premium, GOTS-certified organic fabrics, focusing heavily on ultra-soft, breathable muslin cotton sourced from trusted suppliers in Turkey and Australia. Every piece is designed to be gentle on sensitive newborn and toddler skin.
     
  • How should I wash Sofia and Theo garments?
    Because our fabrics are organic and natural, we recommend a cold, gentle machine wash with like colors using a mild, baby-safe detergent. For our muslin collections, line drying in the shade is best to preserve the signature crinkled texture and softness. Avoid tumble drying or bleaching to prevent natural shrinkage.
  • Do you deliver within the UAE?
    Yes! We offer reliable courier delivery across all emirates. Standard delivery within Dubai usually takes Same Day - Next business day, while other emirates take 1–2 business days. Same-day rush delivery options are available at checkout for urgent gifts.
     
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that any destination customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customers.
  • How do your sizes run?
    Our clothing is designed with room for growth, offering a comfortable, relaxed fit perfect for active toddlers and growing infants. Because organic cotton behaves naturally, our pieces are true to size but leave plenty of breathing room.

  • Orders, Returns & Exchanges
     Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
    We pack and process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to make changes to your shipping address or items, please WhatsApp or email us immediately within 1 hour of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  •  What is your return and exchange policy?
    We want you to love your pieces! We offer a 3-day return and exchange window for all unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging with tags still attached. For local UAE orders, exchanges are easy to arrange—simply contact our team to get started.

  •  Can I send a package as a gift?
    Absolutely. Our aesthetic is naturally cozy and beautiful, making our packages perfect for gifting right out of the box. You can add a personalized gift message at checkout, and we will ensure no pricing invoice is included in the parcel.
