Return & Exchanges

At Sofia and Theo, we take great pride in curating the highest quality, premium clothing and accessories for your little ones. If your purchase isn’t quite the perfect fit for your family, we are here to make the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of your delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, undamaged condition.

  • All original clothing tags, packaging, and labels must be fully attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and teething accessories are final sale unless defective.

    How to Start a Return or Exchange

    Step 1: Contact Us Drop us an email at [Your Support Email] with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

    Step 2: Prepare Your Package Securely pack the items in their original packaging (or a secure mailing bag) to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

    Step 3: Collection / Shipping

    • Local Deliveries: We will arrange for our courier partner to collect the return package directly from your doorstep at a time that suits you. A flat return collection fee of [25 AED] will be deducted from your final refund.

    • International Deliveries: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated customs duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

      Refunds & Processing

      Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification.

      • Approved Returns: Your refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days (depending on your bank's processing times). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

      • Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item for a different size or style, your replacement piece will be dispatched free of additional shipping charges once your return is processed.

        Damaged or Defective Items

        We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our hands. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at [info@sofiaandtheo.com] with a photo of the defect so we can resolve it for you right away.
