🇦🇪 UAE Shipping (Local Delivery)
We are proud to offer reliable courier delivery across all emirates from our base in Dubai.
 Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (including weekends and public holidays).
 Dubai Delivery: Once dispatched, orders within Dubai are typically delivered within 1–2 business days or same day.

 Other Emirates: Delivery to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah typically takes 1–2 business days.
 Shipping Rates:
 Standard UAE Shipping: [20 AED] (Free on orders over [ 300 AED]).
 Same-Day Rush Delivery (Dubai Only): Available at checkout for urgent orders placed before [3:00 PM].

 Delivery Timelines: International transit times vary by destination but generally take between 5–10 business days via our express courier partners DHL.
 Shipping Rates: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your package and your exact delivery address.
 Customs, Duties & Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, or taxes once the package arrives in your destination country. These fees are regulated by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
📦 Order Tracking & Support
 Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey. You can also track your shipments by logging into your Customer Account Menu on our website.
 Incorrect Delivery Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address and contact number at checkout. Sofia and Theo cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email within 1 hour of placing your order.
